Ho hum...this time, a 31 y.o. "officer", tasked with protecting and serving the people of Seattle, instead decided that the appropriate response to a 15 y.o.'s personal verbal attacks was to kick her in the stomach, slam her into the wall, slam her face into floor, jam his knees into her back and jerk her around by the hair.
Yea, that's proportional.
Also this particular "officer" had previously shot and killed an unarmed, mentally ill man.
Ed. Note: Apparently he can't drive...returning soldiers had to save his life after Schene almost crashed into a Denny's, but instead smashed into a wall, igniting his vehicle and costing the City thousands. Dep. Paul Schene, the City salutes your efforts.
