This shitty article by SI's "truth and rumors" website declares that Andre Smith (LT, World Eater) has cost himself millions of dollars by leaving the NFL combine early. That is utter bullshit. Andre Smith started every game at the University of Alabama beginning his freshman year. He is a three-time All-American, and simply the most dominant left tackle, anywhere, at any level, in a decade. He will start in the NFL, be all-pro for 15 years, and be the cornerstone of the Detroit Lions. There is simply nooo way -even as mentally challenged as the Lions may be- that they do not pick big 'Dre as the first player in the draft. He is that kind of franchise player.
